Chihuly at Atlanta Botanical Gardens I, a photo from Georgia, South

Photographer's Note

I was sorting through some older images and came across this piece. This was taken during the Chihuly installation at the botanical gardens in Atlanta. Chihuly has done a fair number of these installations across the country and this is the second one which I have seen. If you hear of one in your area, go see it for yourself. The man has a great eye for composing abstract forms into nature.

This image was slightly sharpened, burned, and curve adjusted.

I have also included a square crop of this same image WS. Not sure which I prefer, so let me know what you think.

Hello Hubert,
This is a lovely photo. The composition and POV are excellent, and the image is sharp. I would have perhaps cropped out the white tent at the top of the photo, but that is my own personal bias. I really love Chihuly's work. Well done!
