Wonderful light and colour. I love the contrast of the soft "S" curve of the river compared with the hard lines of the rocks.

hello Ryan,
This is one rare trilogy where the third one is as good as the first!:)
The exposure and DOF you chose is just perfect to provide nice details and texture on the rocks and overall colors. The colors of the river is so beautiful. You captured the scene like a master! It is not going to be an easy task to choose which one is the best! For me, this one is the best, wider is better;D
Best regards,

Hi Ryan. Marvellous landscape. Vast, inhospitable looking if it wasn't for the appealing green. Excellent PoV and light in the foreground. The dark sky adds to the drama of the scene. Well done. Regards. Klaudio

Ryan,
Superb image. Depth of fiend is most impressive. The saturated colours are excellent. You captured a wonderful stormy sky, in a place where the sky is usually just plain blue.

Good evening Ryan -
WOW, WOW, and WOW again! What gorgeous image! I love the saturated colors and the light on the river and the far canyon wall. Print this a large as it will go, matte it, frame it, and hang in a conspicuous place.
Thank you for sharing this image.

Hi Ryan,
Wonderful photo of the canyon dominated by the yellow rocks. The green colour is giving some softness to this landscape. The greyish sky looks pretty threatening and creates very interesting light on the scene as there is some sunlight too.

Ah these Velvia's of yours Ryan. They are sooo good! The colors here are really amazing and so is your control of light. I remember the previous ones, checked them again. This one might well be your best exposure. The composition is wonderful, with loth of depth with that S shaped river getting all the credits. The light in the water is amazing. This is real landscape photography.

A stunning image Ryan, and possibly the best of the three - the light and saturation have really come together here.
Huge DOF and that meandering river make the composition work really well.
Excellent stuff

Excellent work Ryan! I've been to this overlook a couple times so I'm familiar with it. For me what makes this work is the cloudy sky with a little bit of sun shining thru to spotlight the green vegetation. It was a wonderful moment to capture. And I think it's that sky that provided even lighting.

Hi Ryan
It's a wonderful picture and there's no comment about it. But I liked the previous one more - it was more natural. Maybe it's because I knew that one very well looking at it before I went to Arizona?
Probably you applied a little too much colours and sharpness to the foreground and my eyes don't feel well about it. Reasuming it would be better if you used in PS the same settings as you did with the other picture.
Take care

Fantastic shot Ryan!
Your shot is really powerful! Lovely colours and tones of this beautiful Horseshoe Bend near the city of Page. Superb view with the combination of light and shadow in the canyon, plus the dark clouds in the back ground made the view even more dramatic. . The light is just fantastic and the dark clouds
I enjoy it a lot and thanks for sharing!

Hello Ryan,
The light and colours along with the view creates such a magnificent photo Ryan! Your POV enhances so well the textures and details of the rocky mountains! The river running downstairs and it's shape leads our eyes through the photo, and makes us explore every single inch of this fantastic photo.
Cheers.

Ryan,
In so far as dial up internet connection will allow (not much) I've been having a closer look a your gallery - it's all fantastic, quality, stuff, and this one is certainly no exception. I only wish I had broadband on the go, then I could get a good look at everything without being up half the night!!

Ryan,
This is a photo to admire. You just don't open it and begin to write a comment. This is too spectacular to do just this.
It's like one of these fancy plates they serve at the 200$ per person restaurant... You take a look at your plate before picking your fork. And you take little bites. This ain't no Big Mac...
I'll be there next year. If I can come back with only one photo like this one, my hearth will be filled. Should I go and mention the nice foreground, the spot of light and amazing clouds? No, I'll just say it's beautiful. And if nobody else is reading this note, then I'll say it's perfect.
