Was out for a walk a couple of weeks ago and was amidst a field of Dandelions and couldn't resist a macro photo...I wonder why the ends are curled?! Got to love Mother Nature and all of her splendor ;o)

Wow George that details, the ripples seem to form hearts, or also numbers like the 8 or the infinite symbol, it is interesting. i was wondering, isnt dandelion white? or maybe there is another type of it?
