Photographer's Note
Bikes are very dangerous for old people, in my city I remember some old men who died using them because bikes are faster and the reactions of old people aren't so fast as they used to be in their youth.
These stray dogs were around while the man was enjoying the moment, thinking about the slopes he should to avoid. Borrazópolis is very hilly and it is not easy to use bikes here, you need many physical effort and usually you have to walk and take the bike up hill.
Few meters far at right from this point there is a big slope and I remember when I was a boy and a teen like me decided to go down the slope in high speed, but in those days the street was paved with gravel, not asphalt, and the gravel did the teen lost his balance and he feel down inside a big drain and I saw how much pain he felt. Few years after, in the same spot, another teen decided to do the same, the street was paved with asphalt yet and the speed was higher, and he beat in the back of a truck that was parked in the street and died. Bikes can be dangerous.
Sharpness is better in a new tab.

Hello Jorge
The inquisitive look of the stray dogs balances the elderly cyclist at left deciding when to resume his trip across town. Good sharpness, colour and framing. Tfs!

Hello Jorge,
Bikes can be dangerous on roads for all age groups. It is better if the roads are segregated for bicycles and care in exercised at all times.
If this old cyclist has to negotiate a very steep hill, it could be that his heart will give more danger!
Three figures, or three focal images, usually gives a good composition. In this case, the dogs draw attention to the cyclist.
Could be a little sharper.
Have a good w/e,
Bev :-)

Hi Jorge,in fact, bikes are dangerous, but for the elderly it is also a way to keep fit, so this activity has its strengths and weaknesses. The quality of the photo is not the best but perfect for the message you have launched, even a sudden crossing of the dogs could be fatal for this elderly person. Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano

Hi Jorge,
You have captured well the thinking moment of the man. The point of view is showing the details of the dogs. In my city driving a bike can be dangerous account of the cars moving fast. Have a nice day.

Hello Jorge,
It's a nice snapshot with good balance between the man and the dogs. It's not perfectly sharp, but that's okay. Like others already said it's not usually age that could make cycling dangerous, but bad conditions of the street and bad behaviour of car drivers.
Regards,
Gert
