A CIDADE CRESCE !
THE CITY GROWS !

Campinas is the third largest city in the State of Săo Paulo and still growing (as to its population: more than 1 million inhabitants)! The metropolitan area, around 100km away from the metropolitan area of Săo Paulo City, is wealthier than many other major metropolitan areas in Brazil and even some Countries in South America! Of course, that fast growth has brought many urban problems to the city (I have been facing them since I moved here, back in 1986), however, still, a pretty good place to live and to work!

Hello Ney,
A fine view over this city with much detail to be seen. I like the natural framing from the greenery that contrasts so well with the austere lines of the built environment. Light, colours and sharpness are all very good.

É isso aí, Neyvan. As cidades crescem e me parece que os problemas urbanos também aumentam. Ideal se pudéssemos "congelar" o tempo para năo piorarem as coisas ainda mais. Năo sou otimista quanto ao crescimento desenfreado de nossas cidades, tenho a impressăo que as coisas fogem do controle e da ordem...

Olŕ Neyvan,

Un trčs coloré "cityscape" trčs riche en détails variés trčs bien captés. Le large avant-plan guide notre regard vers les ahuts bâtiments et donne ainsi une trčs belle profondeur ŕ l'image.

linda fatia do tecido urbano de campinas, gostei da luz e da nitidez, preferia um pouco menos de saturaçăo nos verdes do primeiro plano, mas isto é questăo de gosto. há alguns anos guarulhos era a segunda maior cidade de SP, campinas reocupou o posto ?

its always a feast for the eyes with these downtown city shots, so many elements to view, my eyes are scanning the frame corner to corner.
I see they have Pizza Hut's in brazil too!
