Brazil has one of the most clean productions of electric energy in the world, 60 percent of our electricity is produced by our rivers, 15 percent by the wind, 15 percent by biomass, 8 percent by natural gas, 5 percent by oil, 2 percent by coal, and so on...
In these last years the quantity of rains isn't being high and we have had troubles with the production of electricity by the dams and because the price , many domestic, industrial and commercial users are installing solar panels in their roofs. At this moment solar energy has almost the same importance of nuclear power in Brazil, 1.3 percent, looks like not important, but in these last months I saw many new plants in the roofs of my small town, it is like a fever.
Here a moment a worker was installing the solar panels in the top of my store. Before it I paid around 2,800 Reals by month, now I pay 400 reals.

Nos últimos anos devido ŕ falta de chuva, temos tido problemas com a produçăo elétrica e como os preços estăo bem altos muitas pessoas estăo investindo em energia solar como uma alternativa.
Hoje em dia a energia solar no Brasil tem uma produçăo similar ŕ da energia atômica, cerca de 1,3 por cento do total, parece pouco, mas nos últimos meses eu tenho percebido um aumento incrível na instalaçăo de novos painéis solares nos telhados de minha pequena cidade.
