Photographer's Note

Inside of the Sanctuary Dom Bosco. Located in the beginning of South Avenue W3. The project architectural was designed by Carlos Alberto Naves. This Sanctuary has 80 columns style brise soleil that they close in gothics arches of 18m of height, with vitrais in 12 tones of blue. The sculpture was made by Godofredo Traller, from Paraná, south state of Brazil. The cross of the altar has 8m of height and the Christ, with 4,3m, was sculptured in an only wooden log.

Os vitrais săo magníficos e tăo uma tonalidade azul excelente. A perspectiva é muito boa e aquela pessoa a olhar para a cruz está muito bonita. Muito bom trabalho.

Hola Consuelo,
Una mirada realmente interesante del altar de esa iglesia. Los colores de los vidrios son muy lindos, y creo que se pueden intensificar un poco para resaltar la imagen. Las personas mirando ayudan a fijar la atencion en la escultura. Hace tiempo que quiero conocer Brasilia, a ver cuando me toca.

Hi Consuelo,
I like the abstract look to this image, and the contrast of blue , silver and the black statue works well. The vertical lines created by the windows and the multi squares of the panes adds great interest to the image. Well done.

I find that psychedelic ! The colors and the light are amazing and makes me think at a club rather than a church. Good pov and crop.

Hello Consuelo, this is a colourful and well composed image. The woman looking upwards to the statue of Christ adds life to the picture and also gives a good impression of scale.

Muy bella composicion y balance de colores. Me gusta mucho la manera en que haz captado el espacio de la iglesia, y sobretodo la suavidad de la luz. Los vitrales estan muy bonitos.

Que azul é esse! Linda demais essa igreja por dentro. Tenho muito vontade de conhece-la. Apesar dos vitrais da Catedral do Rio serem bonitos, eles năo se comparam a essas paredez azul celeste. Gostei de ver a moça ali olhando adminirada para a igreja.

Seu tema Brazil's churches and chapels está na página inicial do TE neste momento em que eu escrevo, com as tręs primeiras fotos em exposiçăo.
Eu escolhi esta: que espetáculo de azuis! Deslumbrante sua tomada do Cristo nestes arcos e a moça lá no fundo provavelmente estarrecida com o impacto da beleza.
Se năo ela, estou eu. A beleza aqui é de estarrecer.

Olá Consuelo,

Os vitrais săo muito bonitos criam umas cores lindas e um ambiente etéreo. A pessoa serve como referencia da grandiosidade desta obra e do próprio Cristo esculpido. Gosto da foto, se me permite, eu apenas tentaria enquadrar Cristo de uma forma diferente,isto é, năo tăo lateralizado.
