What an omnious photo of the incoming rainshower!

I particularly like the way the bright foreground contrasts the darkness of the clouds and background. Also with the motion of the traffic the entire scene gives an impression of urgency as people might flee the incoming rainshower.

A well exposed and dramatic shot, with strong contrast. The vehicles look as though they are fleeing the coming storm. A well timed capture, nicely presented.
