Photographer's Note

Hello friends,

This is an original house made by adobe. The architect Octavio Mendoza is creating this construction entirely of clay and baked it like a craft. Doing this, he wants to raise awareness about the dangers of the modern construction in nature. It is becoming one of the attractions of Villa de Leyva. It is worth a visit.

esta es una original casa hecha de adobe, el arquitecto Octavio Mendoza está construyendo una edificación completamente de arcilla y la hornea como si fuera una artesanía. Con ella quiere generar conciencia sobre los dańos de la construcción moderna a la naturaleza. Se está convirtiendo en una de las atracciones turísticas de Villa de Leyva. Merece la pena visitarla.

me parece que no podría dormir en una cama tan dura como la que he visto en tu WS ;o)
La idea es original por lo reivindicativa y pedagógica, además, la casa tal como la muestras en tu foto tiene unas formas orgánicas que la hacen muy impactante.
Me gusta la potencia visual que dan estos colores tan intensos y esa magnífica luz, y el cielo está espectacular con unas bonitas nubes.

At glance this building looks unfinished and scrambled or crushed but at closer look I can only appreciate the achitect's brave idea and creativity. Really unconventional design but love all the shapes and patternsl. The striking colors is sure so stunning I am sure this can be seen frm km aways, But the contrast to wonderfl sky is so superb. which evoke a special mood in this surrounding. Good human touch for scale reason. A good capture. Congrats

Sicuramente l'architetto voleva farsi notare!
Una foto eccezzionale sotto molti aspetti, primo per questa architettura molto originale, e poi per questi colori cosě vivi e intensi. L'ocra della casa contrasta magnificamente con l'azzurro del cielo e il bianco delle nuvole creando un quadro molto attraente. La luce e bellissima e la nitidezza ci permette di apprezzare ogni particolare.
Una foto di grande bellezza e di grande impatto visivo.

I have to admit that this is really a very unusual sight. But you show us this strange house from a good angle. The vivid colour of the house makes it stand out greatly against its green surroundings and under the thick white cloud masses.

What a spectacular REAL adobe house that appears magnificent over the darker backdrop on mountains!
Given the "rolling lines" of building I think of the aleatory "blue prints" designed by Numerobis in Mission Cleopatra whose construction always seems to be on the point of caving in!!

Extrańa pero muy interesante casa ( me fascinaron los 2 WS), no como sera vivir en ella, de todas formas felicito a ambos, arquitecto y fotografo por la contribucion al cuidado del medio ambiente!!

Por ultimo el colorido es muy bueno y tambien el contraste logrado con la vegetacion y cielo azul

La nitidez de la imagen es fantastica, lo mismo que el bonito colorido, tanto de la casa como de ese esplendido cielo.
