Photographer's Note
As a big tragedy has touched our dear friends from Asia, friends that I have learned to love and respect at the same time from the distance.
Sometimes we have to bend due to the terrible pain we feel at these tragic circumstances.
I want to make a tribute to all the fishermen, all the families, and people that lived their lives at those beautiful places and that now are gone.
I guess we all have lost a beloved one in this tragedy.
Even being so far, I consider them so close thanks to this site which despite some rigid rules which seem unbreakable I respect and love to be part of.
My heart goes out to you,
My sincerest condolences;
K.
One earth, one heart.

I do agree with you but I won't post anything from there for now, suppose ..... I will be glad hoping to see all my friends back soon.
Good photo, and in a way I prefer the white border as a sign of hope.

Hi Kike. You manage to find the right words in this balanced and poignant posting on this utterly tragic occasion. Good composition with the praying person in the boat surrounded by the water. The b&w and high contrast is very appropriate. Thanks.

"One earth, one heart" ... a very nice expression that I learn today and will never forget... It's a very poignant image for the victims of this very big catastrophe. Thanks, Cesar!

A very good shot for this sad day, and a very good PP work, Cesar. The rippled sea surface is beautiful and it makes this shot very interesting, Very good job.
