Photographer's Note
Alpamayo trek, day 3.
Jancaruish lagoon nestles at only 4300 meters ASL underneath the great Alpamayo, but we found the short hike to it not an easy one and we happilt ate our lunch on the edge of this torquise colored lagoon, straight underneath the Alpamayo peak. Stretching after the meal inspired me with this picture.

Great shot. Your shoes look like they had much to endure. Great POV, good sharpness and colorsetting. Good job.

Hi Chen,
This looks like the ideal place to have rest after a challenging hike. The peaks look so awesome and the colour of the water is incredible. I like how you've kept the natural colour of the landscape too. I hope you had a lovely Trek :)

Amazing landscape Chen! It must Have been a fantastic trek, I´m sure! Interesting you kept your feet on the shot- It makes an original composition and helps to realize where you really were. Amazing colours as well.
Thank you for sharing,
All the best,

This looks like a good place to rest.
The composition is brilliant, as it shows the human prespective of this beautiful landscape.

Hi Chen - a perfectly relaxing moment, and the scenery is of course awesome, the fluorescent colour of the lake is really eye catching and nice boots, I've taken shots like this myself (dangerous ones with my feet hanging over a cliff) but never had both the feet and the background in focus. (PS I will be in the Middle east next month, Oman Yemen and the Emirates but ssshhhh!! don't tell them I visited Israel).
