Photographer's Note
This photo shows the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman, poised above the mountain city of Cusco. The city can be seen behind it, in the bowl amongst the mountains. On the left of the picture is a white Christ figure.
The ruined fortress is made of gigantic stone blocks in the Inca style, which by an as-yet unexplained exactness, fit together so tightly that a piece of paper cannot be slid between them. When seen from above, the city of Cusco forms the shape of a puma, of which Sacsayhuaman is the teeth. Below the fortress run an extensive network of tunnels, which join up with other ruins nearby. Today, the flat area at the bottom of this photo is used by the Cusqueńos for festivals and sports.
I took this photo on a landscape mode, as one quarter of a panorama. I later fixed it with auto colour and auto contrast, as well as cropping.

Hello,
Trčs belle perspective, ces étranges pierres, puis ces montagnes bien rondes, bien vu le cadrage.
Félicitations et belle soirée.

Hi Joe,
you have posted a nice one here.
Although the atmosphere is not very interesting and the colours are all "washed up", the POV is ver good, the scale nearly perfect, the DOF nice and the sharpness good.
Hope to see more;)
With Regards,
Eugen
