Photographer's Note

This picture has been taken on the island "Les Saintes", part of the Guadeloupe territory. Les Saintes is 15 km south of Basse-Terre. This is a very nice place.

Iguana lives there around the Fort Napoleon, and are not too scared of people.

The photo was post processed in Photoshop. The colors levels have been adjusted using the channel mixer to give a Velia film effect.

It is a very nice shot. I like the good DOF and the excellent sharpness on the animal. Well done.

Bonjour Oliver,
Bon portrait, la netteté est impeccable sur l'iguane et le flou bien géré en arričre plan. La cadrage est parfait. On peut voir qu'il jette un oeil ŕ l'objectif, ca amčne comme un côté inquietant ŕ l'image.
