This building by Tiberiu Niga from 1936 has only two large apartments on each floor and tries to combine the economic advantages of an apartment building with the space and style of a villa. The architect used lots of Art Déco elements here - loggias with rounded windows, free standing pillars on the corner balconies and several horizontally oriented windows to give this building an elegant appearance.

e atat de trist ca nu are nimeni grija de ele. Si nici nu se are in vedere stilul cand se adauga un element nou(ma uit la poarta aceea care nu are nimic ce cauta acolo). Laudabila initiativa ta de a prezenta aceste frumuseti.
