It's Manila's Finest! I just don't know what are the protocols in standard police uniforms but I'm just quite intrigued with the display of his service firearm. You can see a lot of them around the Metro.

hi Dennis,
Niyari mo naman si Kabo .... he-he-he .... good shot of daily life ... effective deterrent for any hold up ... only thing is that i think the zoom is too close.
