L'Arménie s'est figée au bon vieux temps des soviétiques.
De la patrie généreuse, il reste presque tout.
Les vieilles "lada" qu'on fait toujours marcher au gaz.
Les usines désafectées qu'on s'est empressé d'aller vendre en Iran.
Les coupures d'eau 23 heures sur 24.
Les statues glorieuses construites avec les pierres des monastčres.
Et les antennes partout.
Les oreilles de Moscou.

Arménia is fixed at the good old day of Soviet. Of the generous fatherland, it remains almost all.
The old " lada" that one always drive with gas.
Unused factories that one had sold in Iran.
The cuts of water 23 hours out of 24.
The glorious statues built with the stones of the monasteries.
And antennas everywhere.
The ears of Moscow.

Trčs jolie image dépouillée et simple mais ce nuage de couleur donne de l'espoir ŕ ce pays méconnu et sűrement un peu oublié.

En partant, c'est bien fait. Męme ouvert ŕ f/4.5, on sent toute la netteté voulue.

J'imagine que ce n'est pas n'importe quels "poteaux" qui auraient pu faire le boulot, et ici, la finesse et l'originalité de leur dessin est séduisant.

Trčs bien maîtrisé au niveau de l'exposition.

Un titre qui va bien a cette photo et qui donne le contexte politico-historique.
On pourrait meme pousser le vice a voir une oreille dans le nuage 'rouge' dans le ciel.
Joli boulot de cadrage et d exposition.

Bonjour, Bertrand. La technologie soviétique en ferait rire plus d'un. Ces antennes ont l'air bien fragiles au bout de leurs mâts qui se dressent ŕ l'assaut des ondes. Les silhouettes se détachent bien sur le ciel joliment garni de ce nuage aux couleurs pastel. Les lignes structurent bien l'image et lui apportent un caractčre graphique.

content de pouvoir commenter une de tes photos devenues rares sur TE, ce nuage qui ressemble a un lenticulaire au milieu de ces antennes de TV est top avec cette teinte rosée, simple mais nickel

Ces antennes aux formes et ŕ la hauteur improbables (ça sent le bricolage!) sont vraiment curieuses. Tu ajoutes une touche de poésie avec ce magnifique nuage aux formes et ŕ la couleur contrastant tant avec ces "oreilles de Moscou"

long time I don't check your gallery :( I see you keep a very particular way for the daily scenes and landscapes. I like the graphism provided by the antennas and the great inclusion of the beautiful cloud formation in the background. The soft and natural lighting/colors make the image reading very pleasant. Attention tu as ete repere par le KGB en prenant cette photo et automatiquement fiche comme dangereux terroriste, ne viens plus en Suisse ou tu finiras au trou, surtout si tu as frequente un cinema recemment ;-)
Ce qui me plait sur la photo c'est plutot le nuage en fait, beau dynamisme et jolie lumiere

the unusual cloud does indeed look a little like an under-cover agend spying on the conversations that flow through the wires. I quite like how the wires create a feeling of weightlesness, together with the somber note the result is a fascinating image.

A good story to illustrate an excellent picture (or maybe the reverse). Funny to see the different shapes of the ears of Moscow. The cloud illustrate that everything will fade away with the wind.

Hi Bertrand, A highly original image. The cloud and its colours at dusk make it compelling. The tale in the notes seems to have a lot of facts included. Normally wires are not desirable in a photo but you found a way around that with this one. TFS. Murray.

Aprčs un court passsage "ŕ l'antenne", tu as de nouveau disparu. Dans quel pays te caches-tu?
Image symbolique, avec ces 4 antennes différentes sur un ciel rose nuageux. Celŕ annonce t'il l'ouverture du parapluie rouge?
