Hello Cameron,
This is a fine portrait of a woman who may be poor but clearly has a lot of self-confidence. The red, green and black of her clothes make her look stunning, and the faded colours of the wall have given her a perfect background. I also appreciate that she has actually been given a name and some kind of address. You have cut off some of her toes but that is no big deal. It happens to me all the time :-)
