Photographer's Note

This indoor quartyard and dining area is within the Detroit Institute of Arts. The museum is considered one of the finest in the United States. The building was built in the 1920s. This courtyard is particularly interesting. At the opposite end of the photo, the architects have integrated an ancient church nave shipped in brick-by-brick from France. This isn't a picture of that end, but I liked the way the bars lined up in this photo. Pictures of the church nave area might be posted later.
