Mist from the river, a photo from Rieti, Lazio

Photographer's Note

Immediately after Rieti in the morning I was able to witness the spectacle that nature offers us every now and then, a light mist rising from the river, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

this is really amazing view.The mist over the little river looks marvelous.It suits well to the rest of this beautiful,winter landscape.And of course the morning light,which illuminates so beautifully the whole scene with soft,warm light.You captured excellently lovely atmosphere of this scene.

Hello Valter,
very nice landscape in its simplicity. The mist floating above the river softens the image and makes it more serene. The colors are nice and warm, thanks to the very good light. Dark background makes the golden trees even more outlined.

This is a fabulous early morning shot, the sun breaking through and giving some wonderfully vibrant colours to the landscape and the mist rising from the surface of the water of the river.

this is a super photo...... what I like best is the contrast between the fine branches of the trees against the dark background, they look so good with the early morning light...... and the mist floating just above the water surface, it creates a special effect.

This is a delightful little sight, the full majesty of nature beauty that you've captured. It looks so silence and cool comfortable with evaporating mist on the calm still water is probably the only movement in this tranquil setting as the sun rays start to sneak through the misty morning.
