Series on my trip to CUIABÁ - The Capital City of the State of MATO GROSSO - CENTER-WESTERN Region of BRAZIL - With a one day visit to the CHAPADA DOS GUIMARĂES/GUIMARĂES MOUNTAIN RANGE - From September 24th to 26th 2010 - #003 !

PEQUENINA! PEQUENININHA ! UMA CACHOEIRA PEQUENINA ! A CACHOEIRA DOS NAMORADOS !
TINY ! SOME TINY FALLS ! THE LOVERS' FALLS !

During a short trip to CUIABÁ (The Capital City of the State of MATO GROSSO)!

I went there to have an idea of the city and of the nearby CHAPADA DOS GUIMARĂES/GUIMARĂES MOUNTAIN RANGE! Enjoying it, I'd go back there for a longer stay and other activities! The result was positive and I'll go back there some other time! The region has plenty of outdoor options and the city is also quite good (in spite of its super hot weather)!

The trip was a bit spoiled though. In addition to the usual hot and dry weather during this time of the year in that region, a thick layer of smoke was covering up everything there! The reason: burning forests!

Hello Ney,
The brown tones of the muddied pond make a splendid contrast with the surrounding greenery and give off an air of warmth. The image is very nicely lit and has good colours and sharpness.

an attractive and beautiful little place this and such a fascinating capture. Full of a real sense of the atmosphere and motion of the waters with such a contrast in colours and textures. It is certainly a place well worth another visit. Exquisite!

Hello Neyvan,
I like the rich, earthy colours. The waterfall is super with the movement captured by the 1/60th sec shutter speed. A super composition.

questa di oggi č veramente particolare sia per i colori ricchi del verde del Mato Grosso, ma anche per la freschezza del soggettpo fotografato.
Una bella situazione ripresa molto bene che fa venire voglia di tuffarsi in quelle fresche acque per godere di un po' di refrigerio.

Hello Neyvan,

I like the circular golden pool which has been well framed and composed leasving adequate breathing space right around. The waterfall males a fine secondary focal point. Good sharpness and the ush tropical green vegetation enhances the setting. Good sharpness and symmetry with the reflection. Tfs!

That's nature beauty to savour! one can never tire of this place, its so scenic and peaceful in serene settings. Absolutely gorgeous central framing shot, the exposure for the water is precise to soften the tad movement with such rich color tones. The lively and fresh green brightens up and rendering a superb color contrast as a whole. You have captured the atmosphere perfectly, very pleasing to the eyes!! Congrats

Hello Neyvan - An atmosphere of seclusion and peace shine through this shot. I like the contrast of the rich red earth and vivid green vegetation very much and the small fall of water adds a good FP and bright contrast. Very nice light too. Warm regards Rosemary

Amazingly beautiful image of a waterfall - great clarity and very successful POV with the waterfall a little bit off center and showcasing nicely the pool of water on the ground framed by fallen leaves. I like the deep cave-like darkness under the massive rock from which the water is falling. Who knows what mysterious creatures could be lurking in there!:) The lush green tropical vegetation looks especially vibrant in combination with the bright orange-colored soil.

Hello Neyvan,
another pretty picture of this lovely spot. Also this time the POV has been well chosen in order to achieve very good perspective. The waterfall adds a lot of life even if it is tiny. Nice contrast between lush green bushes and warm earthy colors of the water.

I'm so jealous, I wish we have waterfalls around here but even the Yosemite falls were dry when I visited. Awesome capture of this natural wonders with good lighting and dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.

foi nessa cascata que conheci um casal, ele do PI e ela do RS, ambos morando no MT. um verdadeiro amor nacional de lés a lés..
muito bonita a vista desta pequena obra da natureza. vc encontrou um lindo ângulo, linda luz indireta.
