Your polarizer has done wonders for the sky, and has also helped to saturate the foreground colours too I suspect. As for your comment about an "ordinary" photograph, I just wish my average efforts were half this good. But I'm not great at getting up that early...

Now, I understand being a photographer is not a easy job...

You are showing us a vivid life in Indonesia. Asia is a large continent. Different parts of Asia are not the same at all. I wouldn't imagine this morning scene happening in China somewhere.

in addition to the delightful colors, i love your pov on this one, abmdsudi ~
with the different directions of the boats, several of which are headed in our direction.

the moody sky is a perfect contrast to the saturated hues and tones of the boats and boat people, great dramatic effect!

I love your dynamic composition and the way you exalted it with a well considered framing. The depth is superb, boats and clouds seem to converge towards the middle of the frame and the sense of movement is thus enhanced. The warm, bright colours are so attractive, the sky reflected in the water illuminates the frame in an original and delightful way. I like very much the combination of the dynamic movement with the warm morning light, it signifies the beginning of the new day and the explosion of human activity. Congratulations and thank you!

Hello Abmdsudi,
truly spectacular composition!
I just love the color schem of it.The upper part with dark,grey clouds and the rest so colorful and vivid.Magnificent contrast between these parts of the image.
Looks almost like a painting.
But apart from the colors I like one detail more,namely the wate surface.Not only the reflections,but moreover the way it illuminates the light(for me it looks fabulous!)

Eye-popping colours add to the festive looking DL scene here Abmdsudi and although this is a daily activity to my eyes it looks so exotic . I love the light in this shot, there is a really magical luminosity as it reflects off the water. Warm regards rosemary

You have made a good attempt here, choosing to go in tight on the tree boats in foreground. The composition works well, and the focus with deep DOF draws the attention not only to these boats but also to the other smaller boats behind. The boats are very well-exposed in superb warm light. Excellent colourful photo. Well done.

You're capturing well this scene by a good angle and excellent tone, so it's impressive to see water market which sells fruits and vegetables by using boat. There are many colorful boats on the river. It's also impressive in color contrast of the river, boat, tree and sky. And, the reflection of boat projected to the river draws out a good effect.

Dear Abmdsudi

There is nothing ordinary about this shot. It's exquisite. It has a different atmosphere to your other water shots and perhaps the light was not as helpful to you. But I still like it a lot, particularly the reflections and the coloured boats with their characteristic ferrymen. The sky is so unusual and I love your POV. It looks like they're all heading towards you, to take Poll Position in the photo.

the light of the early morning offers us a vivid colours, which provide a great visual power in this composition.
I like the vital atmosphere of this floating market, very traditional and without tourists, and the depth of the image, with a gorgeous cloudy sky in background.

This is a Bright and Colourful photograph.
The colours are strongly saturated and with the perfection of sharpness and clarity, the scenery takes on a astonishing tone and flamboyance. I would have liked to be on a balloon over this to get a top view.
The sky with a variety of shades of blue adds to the dimension of this photograph. Its a feast of colours enhanced by the shimmering reflections in the water.

Fantastic catch on photo, my friend - the stream of boats filled with goods to be sold on the market, gave the river a stunning "flow" of colors. Amazing sense of dynamism, and managed superbly the morning light under partly cloudy sky's.
