Free rentals, a photo from Milan, Lombardia

Spring has arrived, even if in my region the winter was mild, and it hasn't rained for over 100 days. So it's time to brush up on bicycles, and for those who don't have one, the municipality of Milan offers free rentals. Unfortunately, bicycles often don't come back and .... we are in Italy..ahahaha ... Another perspective in the WS.

E' arrivata la primavera , anche se nella mia regione l'inverno č stato mite, e non piove da oltre 100 giorni. Quindi č tempo di rispolverare le biciclette, e per chi non ce l'ha, il comune di Milano offre noleggi gratuiti. Putroppo spesso le biciclette non tornano e.... siamo in Italia..ahahaha... Hello Luciano,
That some free bikes don't come back would probably happen everywhere, not just in Italy. At least enough many had returned to this bicycle rack to provide you with two good photo opportunities. You created very good compositions, partly assisted by the bright details of these bikes.

Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar yekst ...
Lepi crveni tockovi bicikla, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom i perspektivom.
Dobar rad, lepa fotografija.
Dobra ideja i realizacija.
Dobar nacinm da se grad rastereti automobila u saobracaju.

excellent use of the colors and shapes in this view with an intense graphic aspect. a pity many people don't use the bikes or destroy them, it is a smart way of transportation in big towns. I am not sure if I would use them to cross the city while visiting it, I guess I prefer to walk.

Bonsoir Luciano,

La couleur de la roue attire le regard. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails de la roue du vélo. La suite des roue donne du dynamisme ŕ la scčne. La lumičre fait ressortir les couleurs. Bonne soirée.

In our large cities you often see rental bikes abandoned - there are no free ones here.

A magnificent composition with the detail of this original bicycle noise, in the WS we see them in full and it is certainly a model and color that look good, the City Council of Milan is very generous in offering them to the population for free, here a Madrid there is many but paying.
Sharpness, lighting, color, and magnificent composition; They are managed perfectly, in this beautiful image.

I like this series, especially the workshop with the array and a repeated motif of the bike. They are aligned so neatly.

I remembered "Ladri di biciclette", a famous classic film by Vittorio de Sica, although I have not seen it.
In Mexico city this is not a free service.
Both pictures are good.

You have shown us the entirely of the bicycles for interest but, for me, this is the photograph which reveals your artistry.
The wheels are crisp with excellent vibrancy of colours, and I just love how we can follow them inwards, like going deeper into a red tunnel!

As a Dutch person , I love these 'ORANGE' wheels ... but then they are a bit SMALLISH and definitely very slow-moving bike :-)
But hey ... to get one for free , I wouldn't complain much even better if I do as the Italians do ... ehehe !!!
I do like this 'wheels through wheels' whereas the WS ... I like the neatly park 'side by side'.
To be honest, I don't know which to choose ... they're all look the same, definitely 'spoilt for choice' :-)

What should I say? It is a good observation, despite being a simple composition. The vivid colours of the wheel stand out well against the grayish bg.
