Photographer's Note
The Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is most well known for it's outdoor fountains. However, my favorite part of this casino is inside. The lobby features this glass sculpture, by Dave Chihuly.
It is entitled 'Fiori di Como' and is composed of glass flower petals hanging from the hotel lobby ceiling. The sculpture itself was 40,000 pounds, and is composed of more than 2,000 'flowers.' This work of art has an amazing depth and cause visitors to look up in awe at it.

Great picture. Now if I go to Las Vegas and win I can buy the 12-24mm Nikon "G" lens I need for my Nikon D70

These are beautiful and the colors are so vivid! I heard that they were putting in a similar type of sculpture in the new Wynn hotel/Casino, which would also be fun to photograph.
Good job! Laura

Well photographed - in what I think were probably difficult conditions.

Elizabeth if I am right this is the same fella that is blind in one eye. I recall seeing him on tv doing a glass workshop in Vienna. He does have incredible displays at art shows. This photo capture is amazing to see. Excellent details...thanks for sharing!

What a riot of colour, the glass patterns are also appealing, the tight crop showing only the "flowers" is effective.
