Another good picture of you Pascal. Here most of all, what I like is the composition. the way she is at the top right of the picture, in a square frame. Nice

I'd prefer to see this girl in the upper left corner, but still the scene is absolutely lovely, great color of the water, great smile, very nice shot.

Jolie image. Pourquoi n'avoir pas laissé plus de marge ŕ droite pour le regard de l'enfant ? Belles couleurs, bonne composition.

The play of the light on the water, and that of the swirls makes the water alive. The very good composition, with the "main" wave coming from upper left and she in the upper right part, gives dynamic to the peacefull and full of joy photo.

I like this composition going against rules (cutting what the little girl is looking at). Waves and movement of the water creates a very nices illuminated textures. Good shot! Maybe I would have erased water drop that can be viewed (3 o 4 white "scratches") on the face and hair of the child.

Unique framing and composition. Unconventional approach to portrait photography. Good shot.

Great presentation. Frame included. Very nice all over. I would have cloned the splashes off the girl's face.

Your extreme composition works so well to enhance the feeling of water and space here.
Out of points. Sorry!

Wonderful composition. Swirling green water makes a perfect grounding for the attractive shot. I like the swimmer in a corner of the pic.

What a portrait of happiness! Not just in the girl's face but in the ripples and color of the water. Good job!

The lighting is just right; the brightness enhances her happiness and youth. You've captured her very well. Great photo.

Very happy shot! Nice to see a different view of portrait work. Most people want to see the subject in the far left of a photo, however, I think your composition here works very well.

Hi Pascal,
Nice composition and crop. I like how the ripples in the water build several strong lines of movement. Without them, the crop would be less successful.
The green is also very nice, and I like the glimpse of the girl's left arm and legs in the water.
The image caught my eye as a thumbnail and didn't disappoint me at full size. Nice one!
Congrats,

A nice phot, but with the subject being so far up in the left corner and her eyes pointing out of the frame, the composition doesn't seem to work for me.

Hi Pascal.
Good pattern for this frame. But, my thoughts tell me if she was looking to the left of the frame, this would have been fantastic...
The swirl is rich and dynamic...
Congrats.

Hi Pascal,
Just see your picture on the intro page of TrekEarth. I like that, the changing intro page every time you log in! Gives a good chance to see older pictures that are nice. I would never go back to January 2004, looking for good pictures. But this is really a nice shot. Wonderful movement in the water and I also like the way it is cropped. Leaves something to guess about. Nice shot!
Have a good weekend!

Pascal,
Excellent shot, I like the composition, and the square format used. The lighting, cool green colour tones and sense of movement in the water frames the girls face beautifully.
