Photographer's Note

Located between Wenceslas Square and the Charles Bridge, Prague's Old Town Square is often bursting at the seams with tourists in the summer. Featuring various architectural styles including the gothic Týn Cathedral and baroque St. Nicholas Church, the square is an oasis for travelers wearied by Prague's narrow streets. Among many churches, tourists may find the Astronomical Clock on this square, while the tower at the Old Town Hall offers a panoramic view of Old Town.

The square's center is home to a statue of religious reformer Jan Hus, who was burned at the stake for his beliefs. The statue known as the Jan Hus Memorial was erected on July 6, 1915 to mark the 500th anniversary of his death.

A very nice shot of Prague's historic city center. Your shot offers a good view of the city's architecture. Nice composition & POV. It might need a wee bit more contrast, but other than that your shot is very accomplished. Well done!!! TFS!!!

Hi Felip,

I absolutely loved this panorama. Very beautiful colors iin your shot. It seems there's a little lack of sharpness, probably due to compression.

Hi Felip, i remember well this place, from top of clock tower, it offers a marvelous POV if not the best over Prague buildings.
On the low left part there is my prefered facade with this rococo style almost pink building.
Nice view and good gestion of light, i see nothing to say on sharpness, good :)

A very good architecture shot taken from a high POV, with the towering spires of the church the central attention. Beautiful red roofs create good contrast. Prague is a beautiful city & you've shown it very well here

Wonderful view of the Tyn Church and the Old Town square from above. Great colours and composition. I love the view of people small like ants from our very high point of view. TFS!
