Hello Ng. I tried my hand at workshop hope your don't mind. Here's what I did

-levels adjustment layer moving whitepoint left
-levels adjustment layer moved midtones slightly left
-saturation adjustement layer, added +6 to blue channel
-reduced noise with Neat Image
-USM sharpened 230%, 0.4 radius, 5 pixels threshold.
