Removed noise with Neat Image and with the clone stamp from PhotoFiltre I removed the stain in the sky.

- 2 duplicated layers created,
- JPEG artifact removed from 1st layer which killed the detail on the statue
- Noise removed (NEAT IMAGE) over selected sky in layer 1
- Sky removed in layer 2, in order to restore the statues edges and the detail in the smoothen sky on the 1st layer
- JPEG optimized up to 200kb for TE use
