The Everest Memorial, a place of Cairns or little Chortens (small stone monuments) that have been erected as a memorial for Sherpas, Alpinists and Porters who have been lost on Everest.
It is a solemn place, at the height of 4808, high as Mont Blanc on the Alps on the Moraine of the Khumbu Glacier.
It is on the way to Everest, between Duglha 4595 m. and Lobuche 4928 m.
