Hello Jean,

Using PSE10, I cropped the photograph, using the thirds guidelines.
I pepped up the saturation just a little and the contrast.

The round lighthouse is the main focus, with its internal lights and it shows a link to the sea beyond.

Another painting from the museum of the former royal palaces of Abomey. I really don't know what it's supposed to show. The palace compound was declared a World heritage site by the UNESCO a few years after my visit.

I could have used this as another main photo if it hadn't been for my unforgivable crime of cutting off the baby's bottom. How could I do that? I guess I was so busy focusing on the mats, the saleslady and the customers that I just didn't notice the child.

Using PSE10, I just used the options in auto smart fix which created the w/s that you see here.
