I stopped on the Langtang trek and was checking the map, but these two wanted a look as well. I'm sure a clever workshop could have lessened the shadows.

This was another good example for trying out that Shadow Illuminator program. This is what it gives by simply loading the photo onto their site and saving the transformation.Not all conversions work this well.

I used contrast masking to reveal the shadows, and used high pass sharpening a bit.
